IOM MISSION STATEMENT |
| Witness to the love
of God as revealed in the Lord Jesus Christ, give testimony to
Him throughout cyber-space and all around the
world, reach the lost and
hurting through the Internet and grow Christians in grace and in
the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and prepare them to "Go
Ye" into the Internet and make disciples for the Lord Jesus
Christ. |

IOM VISION STATEMENT |
| The mission of Internet Outreach
Ministry, Inc. (IOM) is to offer spiritual help over the
Internet, to shine the light of God's love into the darkness of
cyberspace, to bring the glorious gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ
to hopeless and hurting people online, to let them know that
Jesus loves them and will save them, to tell the lost that Jesus
offers salvation to all who come to Him, to equip Christians for
ministry in this unique cyber-mission field that is so ripe for
harvest. |

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES |
| The
Objective of IOM is to use IRC (Internet Relay Chat) Christian
Chatrooms, Email Groups and Internet Forums to minister to those
who use their computer to search for spiritual help over the
Internet, to bring the lost to Jesus and help them know that God
has the answers to all of their problems, to strengthen the faith
of Christians and help them grow in grace and in the knowledge of
the Lord Jesus Christ. The main IOM chat room, Christian Outreach, is open to all who need ministry or encouragement; and we have several private chat rooms that provide a secure environment for those struggling with sensitive personal issues. We also offer Daily Devotions, Bible studies and Bible search tools to help people get into the Holy Bible and get the Word of God into their hearts. In these ways and more, IOM uses the computer and the Internet to meet these goals, in the following order of priority: 1. Exalt the Lord Jesus Christ. 2. Evangelize those who are lost. 3. Encourage those who are struggling. 4. Edify the online Body of Christ. |

MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES IN IOM |
| IOM offers many opportunities for Christians to share the love of God with the lost and hurting over the Internet, including ministering in chat rooms, over email, through online Bible studies, in forums and blogs, etc. There are also opportunities for those with clerical, administrative, technical and website skills. This work is expanding and there is a place for anyone who has a heart to serve the Lord online. Click on Join the Team for more information. |
